Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop at https://walter24.ch with Walter GmbH, Walter GmbH, c/o Thomas Jakob, Talstrasse 5, 8500 Frauenfeld, Schweiz. The contracting party is Walter GmbH, entered in the commercial register of the canton of TG under number 1600047 (CH-ID CH-440-4040220-2), UID CHE-288.324.276.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of goods in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting an order the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT of 8.1%. The invoice amount is due upon conclusion of the contract. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and TWINT.

4. Delivery

We deliver only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Standard shipping is free. Delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

5. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Walter GmbH until full payment.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons. Details in our returns and refund policy.

7. Warranty and manufacturer guarantee

Statutory warranty rights apply, complemented by the manufacturer guarantee provided by Kärcher AG. Details in the warranty terms.

8. Liability

Walter GmbH is fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health and from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld (canton of TG).

11. Severability

Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
