Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you takes possession of the goods, without giving reasons.

Effects of withdrawal

Upon effective withdrawal we reimburse all payments including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Return costs

Direct return costs are borne by the customer. You are only liable for any loss in value if it is caused by handling other than necessary to check the characteristics and function.

Exclusions

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection are excluded once the seal has been removed.
